Lean Play®, a simulation game, is unforgettable. Your workers will experience a fantastic taste of success when the capacity of a factory set by them will increase by several dozen percent. Additionally, they will exert themselves with significantly less effort. It always works! Then, they will only have to transfer their new skills to the real factory. But it is another story. 
Lean Play® is a 2-3 days’ meeting of about 10 workers or management members. Your co-workers will pretend to be organizers and members of a traditional production process, i.e. a manager, a customer, an inventory keeper, a planner, a fitter, etc. They will make independent decisions to improve the productivity and work hard assembling products. During the next sessions, we will make successive improvement tools accessible to them. They will not even notice when they learn and experience 5S, Kanban, or SMED.

The idea of Lean Play® arouse in Hewlett-Packard Institute, in 1983. And then, it was developed by John Biheno and his students from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Wit Waters Rand University. Scientists from Backingham University expanded and completed the game. The version presently available on the market was refined by Revere AB company from Sweden. It is available on the educational market on the licence conditions.
In Poland, only Polish Productivity Center Sp. z o.o. and Knowledge Factory are officially entitled to use Lean Play®, in the form of open training, during training course. It is one of the best licensed and verified in foreign concerns Lean simulation games available on the market.
