We will carry out Lean Manufacturing methodologies for a selected group or groups of your workers.  The workshops combine a basic, practical knowledge of Lean with psychological skills.

The part of workshops on Lean is carried out by practitioners, who have successively implemented Lean in their companies.

Your workers will familiarize with:

• Lean Manufacturing philosophy;
• bases of diagnosing the production system what will allow to use information resulting from diagnostic actions;
• the most important terms and benefits of Theory of Constraints;
• meaning of basic Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM, Kaizen). More expanded scope of workshops will allow your workers to become familiar with a tool, which you will implement just after the workshops are finished;
• objectives and strategy of implementing Lean in your company.

Motivating and psychological modules are conducted by industrial psychologists who specialize in work and management psychology.

If you are told that just one soft training can change a man – do not believe in it. However, the meeting at introductory workshops can be the beginning of the way which will enable your workers to improve two or three of the following skills:
