programme objective: to prepare the leaders to implement Kaizen Suggestion System/KVP.  During the training, the system is specified and further “soft” aspects of Suggestion System are improved.

trainers: course is conducted by people having practice in manufacturing companies (usually automotive ones). They have been involved in implementing Suggestion System in their companies, and now they will use their best practice for you This training is co-conducted by a psychologist, who helps in predicting and preventing the interpersonal problems which can occur during implementation process. 

methodology: theoretical introductory part, exercises, discussions, solving real and exemplary problems from companies, discussion of case studies.

content of training materials: manual prepared individually for every customer, photos and presentations, examples of Suggestion System regulation which will prevent the overuse during the system operation.

certificates: Basic Suggestion System issued by Polish Productivity Center.
