1990 – Polish Productivity Center Foundation
This foundation was established by Polish Ministry of Trade and Industry which using help proposed by Japanese government was going to take opportunity to popularize methods of increasing productivity in Poland.  In 1999 the foundation was suspended interminably due to financial reasons.

2000 – Polish Productivity Center Ltd.
At the same time, workers from one of eight departments of the Foundation  - Silesian Center of Productivity, willing to continue the activity of this Foundation converted it into Polish Productivity Center Ltd. The company was existing in this form until 2006.

 2006 –  K.U.R. E. N. Group
Our present aim is to participate in international projects and to provide the advanced services for companies working in World Class Manufacturing system.

Therefore, we have entered into equity relationships and exchange process of know-how with Swedish K.U.R.E.N. Group, particularly with  MVV AB company being the part of this group. MVV AB consultants have been building the power of production systems for such companies as Volvo, Electrolux or Husquarna since the 60’s.  MVV combines the practical consulting activities with the newest IT solutions supporting Lean Manufacturing. This group operates in Sweden, Poland, Germany and RSA. Besides connections with Polish Productivity Center, K.U.R.E.N. group has also established Knowledge Factory. This company specializes in Lean Manufacturing open training courses and is analogue to Kunskapsfabriken  company from Sweden.
